Em 2017
- Elofy is born and officially registered
- Starts operating within TECNOPUC Porto Alegre
- Gains its first version of the software
- Wins its first 10 clients
Em 2018
- Elofy is selected as one of the top 5 startups at Amcham Arena
- With more people on the team, they move into their first headquarters
- Visual identity emerges with the pink and blue we know today
- Software begins to see more improvements thanks to investments in technology
Em 2019
- The GPTW (Great Place to Work) title arrives for the first time
- Companies with more than 30,000 users start becoming customers
- Elofy participates as an exhibitor at Websummit Lisbon
- With accelerated growth, Elofy begins to appear in various newspapers
Em 2020
- The pandemic begins, but Elofy manages to adapt to remote work
- HR creates new strategies to promote team well-being
- Second consecutive year with the GPTW title
- With 50,000 users, the Elofy team also starts to grow
Em 2021
- Elofy begins to be part of the Italian multinational Zucchetti
- The number of active users doubles and exceeds 100,000
- For the third consecutive year, Elofy earns the GPTW seal
- Receives recognition at various startup and HR events
- Moves to a new headquarters, this time at WeWork Brazil

- More than 300,000 people have achieved high performance with Elofy
- Over 1 million performance evaluations conducted
- Team growth to +60 employees
- Delivery of the pulse survey module
